Showtime is developing Manhunt, a new project from Happy Endings creator David Caspe and Horrible Bosses director Seth Gordon, for development, EW has confirmed.

The half-hour action-comedy will be written by Caspe and Jordan Cahan (My Best Friend’s Girl), who along with Gordon also collaborated together on NBC’s short-lived romantic comedy series Marry Me. Having received a production commitment from the premium cable network, Manhunt will be executive produced by the trio — Caspe is set to serve as showrunner — as well as Aaron Kaplan, who currently executive produces Life in Pieces on CBS.

The news was first reported by Deadline.
