Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is giving Jennifer Lopez a virtual high-five for her recent shoutout.

As the former U.S. Secretary of State continues to battle for the country’s top job, she took time out to tweet to Lopez in response to her just-released “Ain’t Your Mama”“ video.

“Thanks for this,” Clinton wrote. “Women are so much more than the roles they’ve been assigned. -H.”

Lopez’s video shows her playing out some of women’s many roles throughout the recent decades including homemaker, secretary, factory worker, businesswoman and news reporter.

Early in the “Ain’t Your Mama” video, as Lopez-the-news-anchor sits behind a desk, a sample of Clinton’s 1995 speech to the United Nations Fourth World Conference On Women is used during the song.

Clinton said, in part, “Human rights are women’s rights, and women’s rights are human rights, once and for all. It’s our time to have wage equality once and for all, and equal rights for women in the United States of America. This is no simple reform. It really is a revolution.”

Just prior to releasing her latest video, the 46-year old mother-of-two posted a selfie in a white bikini asking fans if they were excited about the video.

Lopez premiered the song last month on the finale of American Idol.
