On the eve of her album release, Meghan Trainor performed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, singing “Me Too” from her new collection Thank You.
After a rousing performance, featuring strobe lights and back-up dancers, Trainor turned away from the crowd, shimmied in a green sparkly dress, and raised her hands overhead in time with the music. As she turned around to walk back to the mic and say, she slipped and fell, bringing the mic stand with her to the floor.
Fallon rushed to her side, laughing and the two hung out on the floor together for a few seconds.
After the show, Trainor responded to fans on Twitter who asked if she was hurt (“Haha I’m fine thanks”) and laughed it off with heart-eyed emojis.
