Add awards show host to John Cena’s never-ending résumé. The WWE superstar is launching his own competition series, American Grit, making dreams come true as the Make-a-Wish Foundation’s most requested wish, showing off his comedy chops as a standout in both Trainwreck and Sisters, and now he’s hosting the 2016 ESPY Awards.

The famous wrestler seems like a logical choice to host the awards in athletic excellence, but he’ll actually be the first athlete to host the ESPYs ceremony since 2007, when LeBron James emceed with Jimmy Kimmel. In recent years, hosts have included Joel McHale, Drake, and Jon Hamm.

Cena announced his new hosting gig on Twitter Thursday morning, promising that it will be “a date to remember.” The 2016 ESPYS will air live Wednesday, July 13, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
