Step aside, Angry Birds.

Fruit Ninja, the popular mobile game, is being adapted into a movie by Vinson Films, the production company confirmed to EW.

The live-action family comedy, from Vinson and the game’s producer, Halfbrick Studios, will be penned by J.P. Lavin and Chad Damiani, who wrote the 2007 Black List screenplay Kamikaze Love.

The goal of the Fruit Ninja mobile game is to slice up as many pieces of produce as possible. It’s been downloaded more than a billion times.

The Hollywood Reporter first reported the news.
