To celebrate Ghostbusters Day on Wednesday, the anniversary of the release of the original film, Jimmy Kimmel united the first cast with their reboot counterparts on his show. This meeting yielded plenty of interesting moments, such as Melissa McCarthy dissing haters of the female reboot or Bill Murray empathizing with the difficulty of the new movie. But perhaps the best moment — or at least the most fun — came when the two casts were on stage together for the first time, and the band launched into a performance of the iconic theme song, led by original composer Ray Parker Jr.
