Grouplove announce new album Big Mess with psychedelic trailer

Let the good vibes continue — Grouplove has announced that their third album will be titled Big Mess, and will be released on Sept. 9.

The indie rock collective revealed the details of the new release via an album trailer on Facebook. The 3-minute video features black-and-white still pictures of Grouplove members interacting with vibrant, outlandish cartoons. Snippets of new songs, including the title track “Big Mess” and the lead single “Welcome To Your Life,” play throughout.

Big Mess will be Grouplove’s first new release since 2013’s Spreading Rumours. The band revealed that the album’s first single “Welcome To Your Life” will come out in July, and that they will soon embark on an international tour to promote the new album. Tour dates are available on Grouplove’s website.
