As their summer begins to heat up, Blink-182 have shared a music video for their recent single “Bored to Death.” True to form, the clip chronicles some teenagers who are disinterested in school and find salvation in record stores, rock shows, and pool parties.

“Bored to Death” will appear on Blink-182’s forthcoming seventh studio album California, which is due out July 1. The LP follows the pop-punk trio’s 2011 album Neighborhoods and is the first of the group’s records to feature Alkaline Trio’s Matt Skiba instead of founding member Tom DeLonge. The retooled lineup — still sporting Travis Barker on drums and Mark Hoppus on vocals and bass — will hit the road beginning July 22 for a tour with A Day to Remember.

“I never willfully left Blink-182,” DeLonge told EW earlier this year in an interview about his new book Sekret Machines. “I’m a pretty busy guy these days but I hope that they’re doing great and I love those guys. I wish the best for them.”
