CBS’ new midseason series Doubt will not be affected by lead Katherine Heigl’s recently announced pregnancy, EW confirms. The series is set to begin production in July and the show will work around her pregnancy.

The Grey’s Anatomy alum is expecting her third child, a son, with husband Josh Kelley. Heigl and Kelly are already parents to Adalaide Marie Hope, 4, and Naleigh Moon, 7.

In Doubt, Heigl plays a brilliant and successful lawyer who starts to fall for her client, played by The Good Wife’s Steven Pasquale, who may or may not be guilty of murdering a teenage girl many years ago. The legal drama also stars Laverne Cox, Dulé Hill, Dreama Walker, Elliot Gould, and Kobi Libii. Since the show is slated for midseason, a premiere date has yet to be announced.
