Watch what happens if Pixar movies ended on the sad scene

(Pixar)

Lovers of Pixar and a good cry will appreciate the editing skills of Chris Huebs and his YouTube video “If Pixar Movies Ended at the Sad Parts”.

The title speaks for itself as Huebs has picked the heart wrenching scenes from some of Pixar’s best films to immediately cut to credits after each. The titles include Finding Nemo, Toy Story 2, Monsters, Inc., and Inside Out.

Who could forget Jessie, the rootin’ tootin’ cowgirl doll from the Toy Story sequel, who details how she was left on the side of the road by her first owner, all set to Sarah McLachlan’s “When She Loved Me.” In the YouTube version, the movie ends right there with no resolution or arc for Jessie to feel loved by a new owner. To accent the horror is the upbeat “You’ve Got a Friend in Me,” sending those in tears in a tailspin.

Fans can watch the alternate cuts above. With Pixar delivering so many quality titles, such as the recent Finding Dory, Huebs could make a career out of ending these light-hearted films on a sad note.
