Suicide Squad: Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, Imagine Dragons debut 'Sucker for Pain' music video

Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, and Imagine Dragons are suckers for pain. Hot off the official soundtrack for Warner Bros.’ Suicide Squad comes the music video for their latest track, also with Logic & Ty Dolla $ign and featuring X Ambassadors.

The music talents are seen channeling DC comics villains, including Joker (Jared Leto), Deadshot (Will Smith), and El Diablo (Jay Hernandez). The “Sucker for Pain” video, above, also uses footage from the film, including a caged Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), a drink-swigging Captain Boomerang (Jai Courtney), and a mischievous Enchantress (Cara Delevingne).

Wayne and Khalifa were also inducted into the squad with their own custom, tattoo-inspired poster art from the “Squad Yourself” generator

Rock duo Twenty One Pilots, also featured on Suicide Squad: The Album, released a similar video for “Heathens.” Elsewhere, the soundtrack is rounded out by songs from Skrillex, Eminem, Panic! at the Disco, and more.

Suicide Squad, directed by David Ayer, is the next expansion in the DC Extended Universe following Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. The film sees the government forming a covert strike team of supervillains to execute a secret mission in exchange for reduced jail time.

Both Suicide Squad and its soundtrack will drop on Aug. 5.
