Rihanna has boldly gone to the soundtrack of Star Trek Beyond. The pop superstar released “Sledgehammer” on Monday, her new single written by Sia for the forthcoming space adventure.

The song made its initial debut in the final trailer for Star Trek Beyond, and has since found its way to TIDAL (it was also on Spotify but has been removed as of this posting; the embed from Spotify remains below).

“I’m bracing for the pain and I am letting go,” Rihanna sings on the track. “I’m using all my strength to get out of this hole/ I hit a wall, I thought that I would hurt myself/ Oh I was sure, your words would leave me unconscious/ And on the floor I’d be lying cold, lifeless/ But I hit a wall, I hit ’em all, watch the fall.”

The song’s chorus, and where it gets its title: “You’re just another brick and I’m a sledgehammer…”

Star Trek Beyond is out in theaters July 22, and stars Chris Pine, Zoe Saldana, Zachary Quinto, Simon Pegg, John Cho, the late Anton Yelchin, Karl Urban, and Idris Elba. Check out “Sledgehammer” at TIDAL.
