In a perfect meeting of personalities, Nick Offerman (Parks and Recreation) has performed a new recording of Mark Twain’s The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, the classic novel of a mischievous young boy named Tom and his best friend, Huck Finn. 

“Being paid to perform such a gratifying activity as reading Mark Twain aloud felt powerfully akin to Tom Sawyer hoodwinking other boys into paying him for the privilege of whitewashing a fence,” Offerman said in a release. “Let’s keep that between us.”
