Benedict Cumberbatch takes his acting very seriously. But playing the titular surgeon-turned-superhero in Marvel’s new film Doctor Strange (out Nov. 4) does seem to have brought out the actor’s inner goofball, whether it’s visiting a Manhattan comic book store when the film shot in New York or, more recently, playing the Sorcerer Supreme in one of Jimmy Kimmel’s skits.  

Now, a new promo video finds Cumberbatch channeling his character to diagnose the ailments of other fictional folks in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, including one Tony Stark.

We can’t say if these medical ministrations are covered by Obamacare. But we can say that you can see that video above and a trailer for Doctor Strange below.
