Justin Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon’s friendship has produced a lot of Fallon’s best late-night sketches, such as their beloved History of Rap collaborations. On Wednesday night’s The Tonight Show, they put that friendship to the test with a Best Friends Challenge. The game involves two participants guessing the other’s answer to various questions, and it usually ends up revealing how much the players didn’t know about each other. Fallon and Timberlake, by contrast, were on the same page from the beginning.

Fallon’s first question involved their preferred method of transportation outside of work, and Timberlake knew he was going for “tandem bicycle.” Timberlake even proposed that the two of them make a show about their adventures on the tandem bicycle, possibly a Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee ripoff (working title: Bros on a Bike). Timberlake asked what his favorite TV show was growing up. The answer was Cheers and Fallon guessed Gilmore Girls, but probably more to tease his friend than anything.

Fallon’s last question was, “What’s the song we always end up singing together?” Instead of answering, Timberlake just sang the answer with him: A random, hilarious song called “Poop in a Jar” by Hayseed-Dixie. Then, for good measure, they launched into a rendition of Toto’s “Africa” too.
