Bob’s Burgers fans were treated to a live table read for an upcoming episode at EW PopFest on Sunday afternoon.

Series creator Loren Bouchard along with actors Kristen Schaal, Dan Mintz, Larry Murphy, and Drew Droege, were on hand for Entertainment Weekly’s inaugural pop culture festival in downtown Los Angeles.

The stars of Fox’s Emmy-winning animated comedy performed a B-story from an episode slated to air in April 2017. In the scene, Linda, Louise, and Tina Belcher find themselves at a doll store, where recurring character Gretchen works.

Bouchard also debuted three animatics for scenes from future episodes (including one in which Linda springs Louise from in-school suspension), took questions from the audience, and teased the Thanksgiving special, which, Bouchard says is Bob’s Burgers‘ take on The Producers.

Bob’s Burgers is in its seventh season on Fox.
