Alicia Keys dropped a surprise for fans ahead of the release of her new album, Here.

The singer-songwriter shared her short film The Gospel Tuesday on Tidal. Directed by rising indie filmmaker A.V. Rockwell, The Gospel features snippets of songs from Here and centers on police brutality in New York City. The film made its debut at the Tribeca Film Festival in April.

Here will be Keys’ sixth studio album and first since Girl on Fire in 2012. Two songs have already been released from it: “Holy War” and “Blended Family (What You Do for Love)” featuring A$AP Rocky. “In Common” will appear as a bonus track.

See a preview of The Gospel below or on Tidal. Here will be released Friday.
