In Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, Eddie Redmayne’s Newt Scamander has enough trouble smuggling his suitcase full of magical creatures as it is. On Thursday night, Redmayne and James Corden imagined how much harder that task would be if Newt had to contend with the modern TSA. Corden played an aggressive TSA agent who insisted on opening Redmayne’s suitcase.

“Don’t say I didn’t warn you,” Redmayne said.

There were, in fact, a couple beasts hidden in the case, but that wasn’t what made Corden mad. When he reached his hand into the suitcase, Corden found only a big bottle of mouthwash. Enraged, Corden appeared to destroy the mouthwash… and then sent Redmayne on his way, completely oblivious of the hidden creatures.

“Another free mouthwash, John,” Corden said, brandishing the bottle after Redmayne left. “Best job in the world.”
