Owner Jason Tarnol enticed studios with free samples 10 years ago; since then, his creations have sent Hollywood to leavened heaven. ”The press junkets for Captain Corelli’s Mandolin and American Pie 2 just would not have BEEN without bagels from the Bagel Broker,” raves Carol McNamara, whose Joan’s on Third caters to Universal, Fox, and New Line.
