Jeez, Smash Mouth keep getting better and better. Their third CD, Smashmouth, is jam-packed with hooks, humor, and high jinks -- streamlined garage grooves (''She Turns Me On''), weird '70s soul homages (''Pacific Coast Party''), and dead catchy hum-along pop tunes (''Holiday in My Head''). It's ear candy, sure, but there's real Zen wisdom to be found in Steve Harwell's ''What, me worry?'' vocals and the band's sunny, goofball approach. You think I'm joking, don't you?
