Look What We Found...

Consider it a DVD extra for books. At the end of Sideways: The Shooting Script, screenwriters Alexander Payne and Jim Taylor hilariously satirize book-club study guides with such questions as: ''Before beginning his journey, [Paul Giamatti's] Miles finds himself forced to move his car. How often in modern life must we move our own cars, both literally and figuratively?'' and ''Ten million dollars has been buried somewhere in North America. Throughout the screenplay there are clues to its location. Can you find the money? If so, will you give it to charity or keep it?'' Taylor credits his wife, director Tamara Jenkins, with the idea: ''We were asked to contribute something to the book and didn't really have much else to say.''
