Upcoming Bad Girl's story lines include faking it and having the hots for the office sexual-harassment-seminar instructor. ''Women I know are wonderful, f---ed up, eat too much, have a cocktail too many, steal stamps from the office,'' says exec producer Robin Schiff (Miss Match). ''The title is The Bad Girl's Guide. It's got to deliver — or else do a show called The Tepid Girl's Guide, and they can all show up to work on time.''
