In a world of boy-toy playas, the amorous Brian McKnight opts for the role of loverman. His ''Grown Man Business'' even mocks the clumsiness of youth. But though McKnight's maturity gives him character — and his suede voice never fails to stand out — Gemini's melodies bear no distinguishing marks. Even the most experienced artists can't redeem songs that have no soul.
