Talk is 'cheap' for the Sklar brothers
Cheap Seats: Lorenzo Bevilaqua

MONDAY

MARCH 14

10-10:30PM Cheap Seats (ESPN Classic) Good snark is hard to come by, so all hail the second-season return of the brothers Sklar (Jason and Randy, left) for ESPN's mocking homage to B-level sports. Riffing on clips from a creative-breaking competition (martial artists smashing boards in innovative ways!), the siblings zing one-liners on everything from The Karate Kid to pirate couture. Better yet is a cameo from the Mystery Science Theater 3000 crew, who bust on Seats, noting, ''A cable show where you make fun of other people's [clips]. It'll never last. B —Paul Katz

10-10:30AM Miffy and Friends: Little Bunny (Noggin, TV-G) You try telling the 4-year-old bunny she's not getting listed because we ''don't really do kids' stuff.''

8:30-9PM Cuts (UPN, TV-PG-DL) Paris Hilton's ex-boyfriend, ex-porn ''star'' Simon Rex, guests as a snob. Proving once again that celebs have no sense of irony.

9-10PM Las Vegas (NBC, TV-14) Hey, Vegas writers, one tiny thing: It'd be totally okay with us if, for one episode, you didn't make Jimmy Caan pretend to kick some younger, stronger kid's ass.

9-10PM Real Sports With Bryant Gumbel (HBO, TV-PG) Profile of Doug Christie's family. 'Cause when a pro basketball player is faithful to his wife, it's news.

9-10PM 24 (Fox, TV-14-V) It's like the Old West when an electromagnetic pulse wipes out all power within a five-mile radius of Jack.
