Now, all Jadakiss has to worry about is dis records from 50 Cent. The rapper resolved his legal difficulties with a plea agreement on Wednesday in Fayetteville, N.C. According to the Associated Press, the Cumberland County court sentenced Jadakiss (real name: Jason T. Phillips) to three months probation on gun and marijuana charges; if the 29-year-old first-time offender stays out of trouble, the charges will be dropped.
Jadakiss was in Fayetteville last July for a club performance when police stopped his RV after allegedly spotting someone throwing firecrackers from the window. A search of the vehicle turned up less than an ounce of pot and two loaded .45-caliber pistols. As part of his sentence, the Kiss of Death rapper was fined $900 and ordered to destroy the guns and submit to random drug testing. He's due back in court on June 14.
