John Fred and His Playboy Band frontman John Fred Gourrier, 63, who scored a hit in 1968 with ''Judy in Disguise (With Glasses),'' a play on the Beatles' ''Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds,'' of complications from a kidney transplant, April 15, in New Orleans.
