Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams apparently have two joint productions due by the end of this year. One is Brokeback Mountain, the Western in which they costar with Jake Gyllenhaal, which is scheduled for release in December. The other is a baby, reportedly due this fall. Their reps haven't confirmed it, but sources close to the couple tell People that Williams is indeed expecting Ledger's child.

The 24-year-old Dawson's Creek alumna has been spotted attending prenatal yoga classes in Sydney, where Ledger lives, according to reports in People and Sydney's Daily Telegraph. A source close to the couple tells Us Weekly that, despite Williams' pregnancy, the two have ''no immediate plans to marry.''

Though Ledger, 26, has starred in such films as A Knight's Tale and The Patriot, he may be better known for his two-year, on-again, off-again romance with fellow Aussie star Naomi Watts that ended for good about a year ago. For her part, Williams dated and served as muse to rockers Conor Oberst (of Bright Eyes fame) and Andy Herod of the Comas before she and Ledger met on the Brokeback set last year. Her latest in a string of indie films, The Baxter, premieres this week at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York. Ledger stars in two movies due this summer, skateboarding drama Lords of Dogtown and fantasy The Brothers Grimm with Matt Damon.
