Remember ''Poison Ivy: The New Seduction''? Neither do we. But Jaime Pressly, 23, is making up for that little career misstep with costarring roles in two big screen comedies now in theaters: ''Tomcats'' and ''Joe Dirt.'' EW.com caught up with the ''Jack and Jill'' star -- who EW film critic Owen Gleiberman calls ''the hottest sex bomb in Hollywood'' -- and dished about being an Internet sex symbol, the WB's cold shoulder, and stuffed potatoes.

Besides ''Jack and Jill,'' ''Tomcats,'' and ''Joe Dirt,'' you're currently working on two more films. Are you bucking for busiest chick in Hollywood?
I'm moving on Saturday too! So I'm having to fly back from Canada, where I'm shooting ''Unleashed'' with my boyfriend Simon [Rex, ''Jack and Jill''], Jon Voight, and Ron Lester. At the same time, I'm also working on one down here in L.A. called ''Not a Teen Movie'' [a parody of teen genre flicks]. I've been doing that for the last few months.

You play aspiring Broadway dancer Audrey Griffin on ''Jack and Jill,'' who also happens to be a hottie. What's your role in ''Joe Dirt''?
My character is Jill, one of Joe Dirt's [David Spade's] girlfriends. She's someone that he runs into on his journey to find his real parents [who left him at the Grand Canyon when he was 6 years old]. They meet at the carnival where he's working. Eventually she tells him she was also left at the Grand Canyon when she was 6 years old. Then he gets scared, thinking she could possibly be his twin sister.

Didn't you recently shoot a Dave Matthews video?
Yeah, one of those weekends! I worked until 12:30 at night, then got on a plane and flew all night to shoot it in Orlando. It's for ''The Space Between.'' I'm a huge Dave Matthews fan.

Were you star struck?
Actually, we all had dinner after finishing the video and we were making toasts and I stood up and said, ''Dave, I've gotta tell you -- when you meet people that you've always looked up to, it can be disheartening, but you're everything anybody could ever want to meet as far as a star goes.'' He's very genuine and down to earth.

How do you work so much and stay sane?
Sometimes it's hard to tell what time it is. I just know where I'm from, who I am, and who my boyfriend is. But I try to separate myself from Hollywood. I don't hang out in the scene or anything like that. I'm here to do my job. I'm from a small, small town in North Carolina. I guess I'm a little more simple. Not to say that I'm not complex -- I am. But I'm a lot simpler than most women who grew up [in Los Angeles].
