Detroit smoothie KEM's sophomore lite-jazz disc, Album II, strives for Sade-isms but lacks one crucial element: a pulse. Not even a trademark harmonica cameo by Stevie Wonder can redeem the instantly forgettable ''You Might Win.'' Custom-made for the dinner-cabaret circuit, these comatose ditties, punctuated by a grating nasal croon, might be easier to swallow with a juicy steak and some Chianti.
