Hollywood isn't alone in its remake obsession. New York label Built by Wendy offers stylish T-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts inspired by '70s and '80s movies. Designer Wendy Mullin's ink-drawn scenes from The Bad News Bear, Mean Streets, and Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, among others, pay homage to flicks she grew up with. (Fans include Arrested Development's David Cross, Amy Sedaris, and Beastie Boy Adam ''Ad-Rock'' Horovitz.) ''These are my favorite films,'' says Mullin. ''I liked the idea of turning those great moments into clothes.''Our personal favorite? The Hanson brothers' bloodied mugs on the Slap Shot hoodie.
