Built in 1959, the one story stucco has a pool and views of the city. (The actor has been living in the Beverly Hills home he reportedly bought in 1999.) Meanwhile, Cox and husband David Arquette just shelled out $10 million for an impressive Malibu spread built by architect John Lautner (a Frank Lloyd Wright protégé). Looks like Chandler and Monica have indeed entered the nesting phase.
