Even if you can get past the title, this official debut from 50 Cent's favorite loudmouthed jailbird sounds like a diluted, bumbling parody of the gangster-thug G-Unit prototype. Tony Yayo aimlessly spews nonsense like a potty-mouthed adolescent throughout Thoughts of a Predicate Felon, from the drooling R&B-laced single ''Curious'' to ''I'm So High,'' the token tokin' dud. Is it too late to send this menace back to the big house?
