How do you replace the self-proclaimed world's first supermodel? With the ultimate swingin' '60s It Girl, of course. Janice Dickinson is out, and Twiggy is in as a judge. (And Nolé Marin has also been replaced, by catwalking coach Miss J. Alexander.) ''I think it breathes new life into the series in its fifth cycle,'' says exec producer Ken Mok. Dickinson fans (hello? anyone?) can take solace knowing crazy Janice will return and play ''a prominent role'' in one episode. What about the wannabe models, you ask? ''This is probably the best-looking group of girls,'' says Mok. ''Fascinating, with very strong personalities.'' We'll let Twiggy be the judge of that.
