Kids should be seen and not heard. And, occasionally, they should not even be seen. That appears to be the mandate for season 3 of Hope & Faith. ''We're not gonna see a ton of kids stories,'' says exec producer Nastaran Dibai. Instead, ''we're gonna really explore the married relationship between Hope [Faith Ford] and Charley [Ted McGinley] and how Faith [Kelly Ripa] affects it.'' Speaking of Faith, wasn't she juggling dual marriage proposals last time we checked? ''I believe there might be a wedding!'' says Ripa. ''We can't say with who, but it's a wedding for all the wrong reasons.'' Like, ratings?
