SCOOP It's a battle for leftovers, given that ABC has built such a stronghold in the hour with Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.
VERDICT ''This is a night where ABC is really good and everybody else is pretty good,'' says a rival suit. ''It's a night where everybody does okay.'' With a compelling election story line, West Wing should continue to rise from its nadir three seasons ago. Cold will again make its quiet case for being a top 20 show. And if sexism and homophobia are punishable offenses by viewers, Fox's Home will be convicted of war crimes.
