Better really late than never. Disney recently announced plans to release a direct-to-DVD sequel to Bambi in February 2006, a good 64 years after the release of the 1942 original. But Bambi II isn't Hollywood's first much-delayed sequel. In celebration, EW has charted several prominent sequel gaps, from the painfully long at least for fans to the ridiculously short.
