Rappa Ternt Sanga (2005)

Details Release Date: Dec 06, 2005; Lead Performance: T-Pain; Genre: Hip-Hop/Rap

His full moniker, Tallahassee Pain, sounds like a rib-shattering wrestling maneuver, but T-Pain is no fighter. His modus operandi is to meld the thumping style of Lil Jon and Usher's ''Lovers and Friends'' with Roger Troutman-type vocoder voice effects. His formula onRappa Ternt Sangastrategy hurts so good on harp-laden top 10 hit ''I'm Sprung'' and the playfully tragic ''I'm N Luv (Wit a Stripper).'' But his unchanging formula becomes laborious, eventually warranting some mild Pain relief.
