Destroy Rock and Roll (2004)

This debut by Scottish producer/DJ Mylo made enough of a stir in the U.K. that RCA is releasing it here (with two new cuts). Major-label support for electronica is rare these days, but there's reason to be excited about Destroy Rock and Roll: It's got breezy lounge fare, vocoder-driven club cuts, and a joyful average-Joe appeal long gone from the fracturing world of DJ music.
