The costumes — courtesy of designer/talk-show host/Target mascot Isaac Mizrahi — are fabulous: smartly tailored suits, sassy shifts, a stunning fur swing coat.... The rest of Neil Simon's 43-year-old romantic comedy, Barefoot in the Park, however, falls apart at the seams. As newlywed New Yorkers, Amanda Peet and Patrick Wilson have all the spark of a pack of wet matches. Only Jill Clayburgh (as Peet's mom) and Tony Roberts (eccentric neighbor Victor Velasco) nail every joke and milk every dramatic moment. And when you're wearing a beret and a Nehru jacket, that's no small feat.
