WHAT'S WORKING There's no denying Lisa's been consistently on-pitch this season from her lovely audition of Whitney Houston's ''One Moment in Time'' right through the first week of finals.
WHAT NEEDS WORK Emotionally, though, Lisa's wildly out of tune. She should try reading her lyrics out loud during rehearsals, the better to connect with the words she's belting, and avoid song choices (like Tiffany Taylor's ''Here's Where I Stand'') that make her sound more like a teenage pageant queen that a true Idol contender.
FROCK U Forgive me for paraphrasing Paula, but Lisa needs to stay true to herself in the competition. If that means choosing sleek cocktail gowns over the jeans-and-tanks ensembles that make her look vaguely uncomfortable, then so be it.
REQUEST LIST En Vogue's ''Free Your Mind,'' Lisa Stansfield's ''All Around the World,'' Alicia Bridges' ''I Love the Nightlife''
