The Spunky Swedes The Sounds can't help but have fun on their sophomore CD, Dying to Say This to You, even when their Go-Go's-via-The-Killers tunes lack dance-floor heat. But repetitive riffs and chord progressions spoil the good times, making this party worth only a drive-by.
