Rare is the rapper whose skills get sharper with each release. But the boastful title of T.I.'s fourth disc might finally be apt. Flaunting a ridiculously versatile and intricate flow, this ATL-ien exudes 2Pac levels of charisma. Though long at 18 tracks, King 's still got plenty of heavyweight hits, including the Rocky-esque hood anthem ''What You Know'' and club firecracker ''Get It.''
