Featuring production from Lil Jon, the LP speeds up crunk's creeping scurrilousness while toning down its violent undercurrents. And with skeletal scorchers like ''Tell Me When to Go,'' and ''White Gurl'' giving 40's precise wordplay room to parry and strike, the California vet requires no grading curve.
