Like one of those circus clown cars, Britain's Field Music cram an unbelievable number of buoyant hooks, knotty chord changes, and interlocking riffs into a cheerful, four-minute song. Field Music is an excellent nod to XTC's mod-pop, played with a frenetic edge for the ADD generation.
