+ In How to Survive a Robot Uprising, Mike Myers will play a guy who
wakes up to find robots ruling the world. Reno 911!'s Ben Garant and
Thomas Lennon co-wrote the script, which Lennon says is rife with tips
for surviving an automaton insurgence. Like? ''Most robots have thermal
vision, so if you put ice down your pants, they won't know you're human.''
+ Forest Whitaker makes our heart sing: ''I play a Wild Thing named Ira,'' he says of his role in Spike Jonze's Where the Wild Things Are. Jonze and acclaimed author Dave Eggers penned the live-action/CGI adaptation of Maurice Sendak's children's book.
+ Mark Wahlberg will star in the sequel to The Italian Job, tentatively titled...The Brazilian Job.
DVD
+ Geeks of the world, rejoice: Come September, Lucasfilm will release
the Star Wars trilogy on DVD in its original non-CGI-enhanced form for
the first time.
