After a forgettable start as a cute dance-pop warbler, Milian finally ''grew up'' on 2004's It's About Time and got her dirrrty on, rolling around in mud for her video hit ''Dip It Low.'' But the J. Lo-in-training, who's already got a half-dozen movies on her résumé (Be Cool, Torque), doesn't gain much ground on So Amazin', a mediocre third disc of urban-radio rewrites. Appearances by Young Jeezy and Three 6 Mafia do not a soulful Keyshia Cole record make. Milian's limp attempt at a sassy, streets-friendly R&B sound simply lacks bite and believability.
