Filling the nonmusician slot this time is actress Brittany Murphy, who is surprisingly good on the Madonna-ish ''Faster Kill Pussycat.'' Elsewhere on A Lively Mind, the Grandmaster Flash-abetted ''Set It Off'' and the pounding dance-floor filler ''Sex 'N Money,'' featuring fellow studio wizard Pharrell Williams, further illustrate Oakenfold's sonic skills and celebrity contacts.
