LET'S ROCK AGAIN! Following ex-Clash frontman Joe Strummer on his at-times rocky 2001 ''Global a Go-Go'' tour (with his band the Mescaleros), this doc humanizes the punk legend to the point where we feel like giving him a sorely needed hug. Rock leads all the way up to Strummer's sudden death in December 2002, which makes this intimate portrait feel like a poignant homage that could've played at his funeral. (Out June 27)

Festivals
MIDWESTWARD HO! Last July, Pitchfork.com teamed with the folks at Intonation to host a ridiculously good music festival. A year later, the two entities are staging ''rival'' shows, each in Chicago's Union Park. Intonation (June 24-25), curated by Vice Records, will boast Ghostface Killah and Bloc Party while Pitchfork (July 29-30) has a slightly more robust lineup that includes Spoon and Tapes 'n Tapes.

Toy
DWIGHT SCHRUTE BOBBLEHEAD He's only the assistant to the regional manager. Still, if anyone from The Office deserves his own bobblehead, it's Dwight, the lovably psychotic volunteer policeman and fierce defender of all that is good and just...in his own mind, anyway. Inspired by the Valentine's Day episode — Dwight's secret girlfriend, Angela (the office prude), gave him one as a gift—this unsettling piece of Schrute can now decorate your gloomy workspace, too. (Out July 20, nbcuniversalstore.com)

Poster Comic
STARS, CROSSES, & STRIPES Is it a poster? Or a comic book? Like a Transformer — it's both! Artist C. Hill blurs the definition of comics with a bold storytelling technique that traces the repercussions of WWII. And it's three narratives in one: a tale of a Frenchman dealing with his country's loss, an homage to soldiers killed, and a meditation on those left behind. (Out now, kameleo.com)

Comics
SLOTH When he awakens from a self-induced coma, teen rocker Miguel must face the everyday inanity of his suburban wasteland. He also suspects that his girlfriend dallied with a bandmate during his yearlong ''sleep'' — and is not too keen on her investigation into a local urban legend about a ''goatman'' and a haunted lemon orchard, either. Stark yet dreamy, Sloth is a welcome head trip from Gilbert Hernandez, co-creator of quintessential indie comic Love and Rockets. (Out July 5)

DVD + CD
AUSTIN CITY LIMITS 2005 MUSIC FESTIVAL Chances are, going to an outdoor show means inhaling the sweat 'n' beer elixir wafting off the guy next to you. Drummer Patrick Carney (below, right) of the Black Keys agrees: ''Everyone looks like they're dripping corn syrup.'' A more sanitary option: this smell-o-vision-free set, where you'll find the rest of his interview along with performances from the Keys and 12 other bands, including Jet and Ambulance Ltd. (Out June 20)
