In a cutesy sequel to 2002's Too Many Men, Lily Brett continues the saga of joyless, middle-aged Ruth Rothwax; Edek, her chipper Holocaust-survivor father; and Zofia, the zesty, bosomy widow he met on vacation in Poland. To Ruth's horror, pushy Zofia scores a green card and arrives in NYC to rekindle her torrid romance with Edek (''When I wrap my legs around him, I feel very happy'') and open a restaurant serving her specialty: meatballs. As wimpy Ruth wrings her hands, Zofia and Edek clobber her with needed lessons in joie de vivre, and Brett bombards us with pronunciation jokes and grating double entendres. (Exhibit A: the title, You Gotta Have Balls.)
