CLEARED
British prosecutors will not charge model Kate Moss, 32, with illegal drug use. Their investigation stemmed from allegations made last year in the U.K. tabloid Daily Mirror, which printed a video still of what appeared to be Moss using cocaine. Authorities said on June 15 that there was a lack of forensic evidence.

ARRESTED
On June 13, the LAPD forcibly removed Daryl Hannah (Kill Bill), 45, from a walnut tree in a raid that also led to more than 40 other arrests. The actress had been at a South Central urban farm for 23 days to protest a sale that would allow commercial development on the site. ''I decided to take a stand in solidarity with these farmers,'' says Hannah, ''and risk arrest, as well.''

COURTS
Bruce Willis, 51, is seeking $1 million in damages from photographer Anthony Goodrich, who filed a police complaint claiming the Die Hard 4star assaulted him June 13 in L.A. Willis, who charges Goodrich with slander in the suit, says he was simply trying to shield his eyes from flashbulbs when he was rushed by paparazzi. Goodrich could not be reached for comment.... Tito Moses, 31 — the man whom Jennifer Lopez, 35, and Marc Anthony, 37, charged with attempted extortion — pled guilty on June 14 to attempted grand larceny. Moses was allegedly one of two guys who tried to sell a stolen wedding tape back to the couple for $1 million.... Four people filed a suit June 14 in L.A., accusing Dick Clark Productions, Fox Broadcasting, and several other companies of stealing their idea for Fox's reality show So You Think You Can Dance.... In more Fox-related news, American Idol's season 2 winner Ruben Studdard, 27, had another victory on June 13, when a Birmingham, Ala., judge told ex-manager Ronald W. Edwards to pay Studdard $2 million in damages. The singer contends Edwards bilked him of $300,000. Edwards could not be reached for comment.

DEATHS
Robert Donner, 75, a character actor best most famous for his role as eccentric prophet Exidor on Mork & Mindy, of a heart attack, June 8, in Sherman Oaks, Calif.... Howard Rosenstone, 68, a theatrical agent who represented distinguished playwrights such as David Mamet, of pulmonary failure, June 7, in New York City.... Director Vincent Sherman, 99, who was known for his films (and offscreen romances) with Hollywood's leading ladies of the '40s and '50s, on June 18 in Woodland Hills, Calif.

CHARGED
His diamond-studded baubles are often celebrated in rap songs, but Jacob the Jeweler (né Jacob Arabo), 41, is singing the blues. On June 15, the blingmaster was arrested in NYC and indicted on federal charges of helping a Detroit-based drug ring launder more than $270 million. Arabo pleaded not guilty and was freed on a $100,000 bond; he's ordered to appear in a Michigan court on July 10. Says his lawyer: ''[This case] is going to be fought.''
